Coaching is akin to being the GPS in a car. We guide athletes toward various pathways to success, but ultimately, it's their choices that steer the journey. This partnership between athlete and coach is invaluable, as it fosters growth and helps navigate the road ahead together.
We believe that the development of pole vaulters relies heavily on scalable athletic movements such as drill progressions and conditioning. These need to be done consistently over time in order to build good habits and form a strong mind/body connection. Part-time effort does not get full-time results.
